FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of floating structural elements. In the first version, the structural element of the floating facility is a permanent connection of component A and component B, in which component A is made of material applied in layer-by-layer additive form. Component A surface in contact with component B has irregularities while component B contains filler and binder. Components A and B are connected to each other by means of binding component B. In the second version, the structural element of the floating facility is a permanent connection of component A and component B, in which component A is made composite in the form of a shell enveloping component B. Component B contains filler and binder, components A and B are connected to each other by means of binder B. Component B filler contains solid fragments, at least part of which is hollow, fragments of component B are in contact with each other and form together with component A and filler of component B a geometrically invariable system. Component A and hollow fragments of component B are made of material deposited in layer-by-layer additive method, wherein surfaces of component A and surfaces of hollow fragments of component B, which contact component B binder, have irregularities. In compliance with third version, structural element of floating facility in form of pontoon comprises hollow component A made from material applied in layer-by-layer additive method, and component B in form of cured in cavity component A foam material, which includes fragmented porous filler and binder, in which surfaces in contact with component B, have irregularities. Components A and B are connected to each other by means of binding component B, wherein component A is made with at least one stiffener.

EFFECT: higher manufacturability of structural element of floating facility, higher rigidity of structure, as well as buoyancy margin.
