VEHICLE, DRIVER IDENTIFICATION METHOD AND MACHINE-READABLE MEDIUM Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B60W20/15 B60R25/24 B60W10/30 B60W50/10

Abstract RU 2686599 C2

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to identification of vehicle passengers. Method for recognition of a vehicle driver, which comprises a plurality of beacons, a plurality of ultrasonic sensors and a driver recognition device configured to predict trajectories for first and second mobile devices based on information received from a plurality of beacons and a plurality of ultrasonic sensors, and determine which one of the mobile devices is associated with the driver, based on the predicted trajectories. Non-temporary computer-readable medium containing instructions, which in execution prescribe to vehicle: to be connected by means of multiple beacons with the first mobile device and the second mobile device, to control multiple zones around the vehicle by means of a plurality of ultrasonic sensors and predict trajectories for first and second mobile devices based on information received from a plurality of beacons and a plurality of ultrasonic sensors, and determine which one of mobile devices is associated with driver, based on predicted trajectories.

EFFECT: timely recognition of a driver approaching a vehicle.
