FIELD: diving equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diving equipment, namely to communication systems of divers and divers. Device for providing speech communication of a diver with a sound-sensitive element of an underwater communication system includes a flexible hollow element, which comprises on one side fastener for fixation on the respiratory apparatus regulating branch pipe, and on the other side – a flange, made with possibility of tight fit around the diver's mouth. Flexible hollow element is configured to be folded on the respiratory apparatus regulator branch pipe in the absence of the need for voice communication and possibility of extension of the flexible hollow element beyond the respiratory apparatus regulator branch pipe to form an internal air chamber for speech communication.
EFFECT: minimized distortion of speech information without time limitations when transmitting diver communication.
