FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering for processing audio data. Technical result is achieved due to the stages, at which the piezoceramic vibrations transducer is tightly located at the user’s throat in the region of the thyroid cartilage, the said user’s voice message is received by the piezoceramic vibrations transducer, converting it into a low-amplitude electric signal and digitizing by means of an audio card, cleaning said digital signal from noise by a signal processing unit by means of noise suppression and converting into an encoded signal, using the hydroacoustic modem transmitting the said encoded signal to the other users hydroacoustic modems, with which communication is performed, by the signals processing unit based on the encoded signal and using the audio card to re-generate the analogue signal and transmit it to the underwater earphone, consisting of a piezoceramic radiator, fixed on a substrate made of glass-cloth laminate and sealed by surface application of a two-component polyurethane compound, where the underwater earphone is fixed by means of a clamp on an underwater mask.
EFFECT: high quality of communication in underwater conditions.
