SUBSTANCE: invention relates to providing a user interface of a portable electronic device. Technical result is achieved by transmitting, by a portable electronic device, configuration information corresponding to a popup menu to an auxiliary device, receiving from the auxiliary device user input data, corresponding to a user input registered on a pop-up menu which is displayed on the auxiliary device, controlling the execution of the application in response to the received user input data, recording the user input on the pop-up menu displayed on the auxiliary device.
EFFECT: technical result is high speed of controlling a portable electronic device by reconfiguring configuration information corresponding to a pop-up menu display.
