FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information technology. Hardware and software complex for decision support of chief of communication on modeling versions of communication system, characterized by that to support decision making system is configured to operate in two automatic modes, standalone and server, in standalone mode, workstations are used, which generate alternatives for constructing or scheduling communication in virtual space, which is provided by information interaction of a simulating medium with automated user workstations based on protocol of information model of data exchange and their transfer using switch to server, and in server mode using communication station and server workstation performing estimation of obtained versions of scheduling communication system with calculation of operation performance thereof, based on which results are selected optimal version of communication, and results are displayed on LCD panel and for selected version of communication system design printer is used for printing a set of text documents on communication.
EFFECT: technical result consists in automation of decision making process for communication in operations, combat operations of associations of the Russian Armed Forces.
