FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: composite compressor blade comprises bush on which reinforcing material strips impregnated with binder are secured. Inside the bushing there is an insert from antifriction material. In order to eliminate local wear at the contact point of the blade with the disc, two straps of elastic material are glued or vulcanised at the place of this contact to the disc or blade. Elastic straps have thickenings in part lying closer to axis of rotation of disc or point of contact of strap and disc has comb shape. Aerodynamic focus of blade profile in any of its cross-section is located behind point of blade cross-section, at application of transverse load to which blade is deformed linearly without swirling as beam. Strips of reinforcing material at distance of 1–3 diameters of the bushing from the bushing axis are fixed to each other by piercing.
EFFECT: invention reduces wear of the composite blade.
