FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of fuel tanks. Method of manufacturing built-in tanks in hollow aerodynamic profiles is to place in a mold several layers impregnated with a binder of reinforcing material with a sufficient amount of length from opposite edges. Then one or more flexible containers are placed. Layers of impregnated reinforcing material left from the edges are placed in such a way that the overlapping of reinforcing material falls on different places of the future product. Mold closes and the tanks are inflated with excess air pressure.
EFFECT: invention reduces the weight of the article.
