FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by forming hollow aerofoils from a composite material. Method comprises laying several layers of reinforcing material impregnated with a binder in the press mould, leaving a predetermined amount of length of the mentioned material on two opposite edges. Installation of the predetermined number of spars of an I-beam or channel-shaped profile. Laying elastic tanks which total quantity is one more than the predermined number of spars in the formed compartments. Laying the layers of impregnated reinforcing material left on the edges so that excesses of the reinforcing material are located at different places of the future product. Closing of the press mould and inflation of all tanks with excess air pressure. All tanks are inflated from one source of air pressure through individual synchronizing reversible pneumatic machines of volumetric displacement located at one working shaft. The air flow through these pneumatic machines is directly proportional to the volume of future cavities in the finished product.
EFFECT: preventing the spars from shifting during moulding and returning them to a predetermined position in case of random shift.
