SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for opening a beverage container. More specifically, invention relates to metal end cover with first opening section and at least one additional opening vent hole, which can be opened with the same gripping lug. First opening portion and second opening venting portion are delimited by a notch line, which is interrupted by delay slot to prevent spread propagation along specified notch line.
EFFECT: easier opening of the beverage container.
