FIELD: ecology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for environmental rehabilitation required after atmospheric pollution. Network comprises one or more complex systems (BAT) intended for environmental rehabilitation and absorption of air pollution, capable of processing air flow at speed, greater than 10 m3/h, time-correlated and interconnected with three-dimensional spatial distribution at ground level, as well as at underground and elevated levels relative to ground level, a central operating system (COS) for controlling said network and said one or more complex systems. Complex systems are structurally organized in the form of one or more clusters, each cluster having a complex system as a leading component and several complex systems as subordinate components, each slave component is subordinate to the corresponding master component and each master component is subject to said central operating system, in which the integrated system is controlled by said central operating system so, to control the contribution level of each complex system to said environmental rehabilitation and absorption of contaminants depending on the degree of contamination measurement results, and in which the integrated system comprises a first measurement device, designed to perform measurements of: environmental parameters, temperature, pressure, humidity, wind speed and direction, density in fluid medium of one or more of carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, oxides of sulfur, ozone, methane, benzene, alcohol, WO (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), solid particles, H2, H2S, carbon, oxygen, sulfur, diameter range of solid particles.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of environmental rehabilitation.
