FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in processing and recycling of any organic polymer materials, in particular plastic containers, packaging, industrial wastes containing polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, cellulose polymer derivatives and others. Described is a method of recycling organic polymer materials and random mixtures thereof, including determining types of polymers, selecting living organisms used as biomemtilisers, recovered from the environment, and genomodified, by recycling acyclic (aliphatic), carbocyclic and heterocyclic compounds and mixtures thereof, as well as maintaining the material and energy balance of growth and reproduction of biological recovery agents by nitrogen sources, phosphorus, potassium, sulphur, magnesium taking into account macro- and microelements contained in the recycled mixture, in which organic polymer materials are included in the metabolic process, exposing organic polymer materials to physical and / or chemical and / or biochemical factors which enable to break down macromolecules of polymers to the state of destructed fragments, including optionally breaking down molecules with an asymmetric atom to molecular weight of not more than 30 standard units, and transition of organic polymer materials into a state which is bioavailable for biomemtilisers by the absence in the obtained destructed fragments of asymmetric atoms, non-complementary enzymes of bio-removers, and by solubility index of obtained fragments in biological media to concentrations sufficient to excite activity of enzymatic system of used biomemtilisants.
EFFECT: technical result is faster biomaterial recovery of organic polymer materials, hardly decomposable or virtually non-degradable in natural conditions.
