FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for biodecomposition of residual concentrations of organophosphorus substance (OPS) and organophosphorus compounds which are decomposition products thereof, in reaction mass. Enzymatic hydrolysis of dilute solutions of the reaction mass is carried out first. The enzyme used is polyhistidine-containing polypeptide with organophosphate hydrolase properties, isolated from the Escherichia coli CKMIBH 29 strain. Immobilised cells of separate cultures of C-P bond decomposing microorganisms are then used to decompose organophosphorus components remaining in the solution. Processing of 1 kg of the reaction mass is accompanied by accumulation of up to 2800 l of waste water. The method provides 100% decomposition of residual concentrations of Vx-type substances and 99% biodecomposition of all organophosphorus compounds in reaction mass with different chemical composition.
EFFECT: prolonged functioning of cells of microorganisms and the enzyme in immobilised form is possible when realising the method.
