FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to activation of water with increase of its physical and chemical activity without change of chemical composition and can be used in domestic conditions. In order to activate water, initial flowing water is rolled over inner surface of solid material rotating around vertical symmetry axis, cylindrical body 2 is used as said object. Device for water activation comprises housing 1, vertically arranged cylindrical body 2, equipped with blind hole 3, made in form of truncated cone, larger base 4 of which is located at inlet into blind hole 3, drive 5 located on housing 1, drive output shaft 6, rigidly connected with cylindrical body 2, system for supply of flowing water 7 into inner cavity of cylindrical body and system of treated water discharge 10 from housing 1. Vertical axes of symmetry of cylindrical body 2, blind hole 3 and output shaft 6 are matched.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify production of drinking water, mainly in domestic conditions, with high ORP -400÷-600 mV.
