FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of articles from multi-perforated composite materials, that are articles formed from a fibrous amplifier, sealed by a female die and in which a plurality of perforated openings is realized. Method includes applying a stencil for sandblasting on a workpiece having a fibrous texture impregnated with resin, which is a precursor of polymerised ceramics. At that, stencil contains multiple holes corresponding to perforated holes to be made in workpiece. Method includes bombardment with abrasive particles with high speed of stencil surface so that perforated processed billet in holes of specified stencil. Pyrolysis of the multi-perforated workpiece is performed to form a ceramic matrix in a multi-perforated fibrous texture.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of performing perforations in article from composite material, ensuring preservation of certain geometry of perforations.
