SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for communication. Method includes: selection by user equipment of a subframe for first transmission of a preamble based on a configuration transmitted in broadcast mode by an enhanced Node B (eNB) and repeating the preamble during the preamble repeating period, based on the configuration transmitted by the eNB in the broadcast mode.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and reduced access delay due to absence of necessity to execute procedure of conflicts elimination.
