SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering and is intended for use as a receiving-transmitting antenna for mobile and stationary satellite communication devices. Dielectric reflecting lens antenna consists of a metal reflector and a dielectric layer arranged thereon, which is a dielectric plate with variable average dielectric permeability, defined by the structure of an equivalent Fresnel lens for focusing the radiation field. Variable mean dielectric permittivity of the plate is provided by making inner cavities.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in mechanical strength, in improvement of weight and size characteristics.
