The effective dielectric constant of the main εn and matching layers at a distance ρn from the center of the lens, the depth of non-through perforation in the matching layers and the proportion of the areas occupied by the holes in the cross-sections of the main wn and matching νn layers are determined from the ratios given in the set of claims.
EFFECT: simultaneous fulfillment of the conditions of focusing to infinity and lens matching.
