SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to service quality management (QoS) of a service that must be provided to a user through a service provider (SP). Proposed method which includes steps of receiving from another network entity requests the quality assurance of the QoS, including the quality of QoS requested by the supplier of SP for a service; retrieves the user's QoS quality profile from the user database, and the QoS quality profile includes the maximum allowed QoS quality for the user, depending on the user's subscription with a network operator; and QoS quality control, which must be authorized for a service based on the requested quality of QoS and maximum allowable quality of QoS, at the same time, the request for QoS quality assurance capability includes an indication of priority setting.
EFFECT: flexible quality management with QoS capable of handling a request the ability to ensure the quality of QoS from a service provider (SP).
