FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method of determining pressure in annular laser gyroscopes consists in the fact that in a ring laser gyroscope with a helium-neon mixture a short-time electric discharge is excited, operating current is set and radiation spectrum is recorded in the wavelength range from 500 nm to 600 nm, intensity of neon lines 585.2 nm and helium 587.5 nm is determined, neon line intensity ratio of 585.2 nm to intensity of the helium line is calculated to be 587.5 nm and pressure of the helium-neon mixture of the ring laser gyroscope is determined from the calibration curve.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and accuracy of measuring pressure of helium-neon mixture of ring laser gyroscopes during their production.
