SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is an L-lysine-producing microorganism of genus Corynebacterium, where protein containing amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 is inactivated. Disclosed is a method of producing L-lysine using said microorganism.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to increase production of L-lysine using said modified microorganism compared to the initial parent microorganism.
