SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of accurate instrument making, biotechnology and pharmaceutics and can be used for dispensing liquid in chemical and medical industry, in laboratory equipment with controlled measurement of small doses of liquid. In the method of dosing a liquid, pressure is transferred to gas and liquid and moved by acting on the liquid by changing pressure in the working chamber made with tap 2 by transmitting electric current pulses in conductor 4. Conductor 4 is placed in working chamber, which is pre-filled with gas, outlet 2 with tip 3 is lowered into dosed liquid, impulse of electric current of preset amplitude and duration is fed, exact amount of gas is squeezed out of chamber volume into dosed liquid. After the end of the pulse, the liquid is sucked into tip 3, which is removed from the dosed liquid and transferred to the liquid dosing unit, an electric current pulse is supplied and liquid is squeezed out from tip 3.

EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at providing controllability and accuracy of dosing fluid, high efficiency, wider field of use.
