FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in exhaust header of internal combustion engine. Exhaust header (1) for ICE with gas turbine supercharging and return of exhaust gases to engine input. Outlet manifold (1) has collecting pipe (4) with several inlet holes (6) connected to ICE combustion chambers and extending from collecting pipe (4) through connection points of outlets (7, 8) for return of exhaust gases and to turbocharger of supercharging. With outlet holes (7, 8) there is a guide element aligned with possibility of controlled movement. Element directing the flow separates the flow of exhaust gases depending on the specified operating parameters on outlet holes (7, 8). Flow guide element is formed by exhaust gas flap (10) installed in collecting pipe (4). By means of exhaust gases flap (10) it is possible to control exhaust gas flow to outlet hole (7) for return of exhaust gases and to outlet hole (8) for turbocharger of supercharging. Shutter (10) is located between inlet holes (6) of collecting pipe (4). First flow (11) and second flow (12) of exhaust gases enter through inlet holes (6) into collecting pipe (4). Flows (11, 12) of exhaust gases are directed to shutter (10) and are opposite to each other. Shutoff valve (10) of exhaust gases has three guide walls (10a, 10b, 10c). Each of guide walls (10a, 10b, 10c) of exhaust gas flap (10) in interaction with walls of collecting pipe (4) is made for direction, separation to outlet holes (7, 8) or locking flows (11, 12) of exhaust gases. Each of guiding walls (10a, 10b, 10c) of flap (10) of the exhaust gases is made so that for flap (10) one of the following conditions is met: position of exhaust gas return locking, operating position, braking position by the engine. Invention discloses a method of operating ICE of a vehicle and a vehicle.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of turbocharger pressurisation of turbocharger and target return of exhaust gases by means of control of shutter by ratio of exhaust gas flow in exhaust manifold.
