FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pneumatic studless tire intended for movement along ice and snow surfaces of roads. Tire comprises annular groove passing in tire circumferential direction, transverse groove passing in tire width direction, and multiple blocks limited by said grooves. At least one of the blocks includes one or several slots extending in direction along width of the tire. Tire ratio is 0.15 ≤ (Dball / Dsall) ≤ 0.48, where Dball is the middle edge component of the block, which is the average value of the edge components of all blocks relative to the tire circumferential direction, and Dsall is the middle edge component of the slot, which is defined as the average value of the edge components of all slots relative to the tire circumferential direction.
EFFECT: technical result is improved operational characteristics of tire when moving on ice and dry surfaces of roads with high level of wear resistance.
