FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-studded automobile tire for movement along ice-covered and snow-covered roads. Tire comprises annular groove passing in circumferential direction of tire, transverse groove passing in direction along width of tire, and multiple units limited by said circular and transverse grooves. At least one of the blocks includes one or more slots extending in the direction along the width of the tire, and ratio of 2.20 mm3/H ≤ (Dball/Dsall)/G ≤ 4.00 mm3/H is satisfied, in which Dball is a middle edge component of the block, which is defined as the average value of edge components of all blocks relative to the tire circumferential direction, Dsall is a middle edge component of the slot, which is defined as the average value of the edge components of all slots relative to the tire circumferential direction, and G is average rigidity of unit, which is defined as average value of stiffness of all units.
EFFECT: improved movement characteristics on icy and dry roads, increased level of wear resistance.
