FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of intensification of extraction, intensification of processes of homogenisation, emulsification, dispersion of heterogeneous systems and can be used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Rotor-pulsation apparatus comprises a rotor and a stator, made in the form of alternating coaxial cylinders with slots. Mating surfaces of rotor and stator are tapered. In the lower part of the housing there is an outlet branch pipe with a gripping blade for recycling the product along the recycle channel.
EFFECT: in the rotary-pulsation apparatus, the time of the material staying inside the apparatus is increased, which leads to an increase in the efficiency of the extraction process and as a result an increase in the extraction of the target components.
