SUBSTANCE: dispersant is designed to produce stable dispersed systems containing a fibrous solid phase, and can be used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. The dispersant contains a housing with inlet and outlet pipes with a coaxially mounted rotor and stator with working elements in the form of concentrically arranged teeth. The rotor teeth are mounted on axes with the possibility of free rotation, the axes are installed in front of the center of mass of the teeth in the direction of rotation, and friction pads made of abrasive material are fixed on the outer surface of the rotor teeth.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the degree of grinding during the dispersion of liquid dispersed systems containing a fibrous solid phase.
