SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the electrochemical activation of water used for the potable purposes, in the industry, medicine, a microelectronics, a laser technology and for in the systems of the drip irrigation. The installation contains the dielectric tank supplied with the branch-pipes for the separate withdrawal of the treated water with the negative and positive potentials and divided by septums for the anode chamber and the cathode chamber with located in them anodes and cathodes. Partitioned by the separators the cathode and the anode chambers are supplied with the electrically connected inserts made out of the profiled sheet metal and fulfilled in the form of the oppositely mounted flutes forming the channels. At that the anodes and cathodes are supplied with the current-conducting buses, and each separator is made from the microporous plastic. The technical result of the invention is the rise of the biological activity of the water and the increased yield of the agricultural crops.
