FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to surgical surgeries using deep freezing of pathological tissues with the help of liquid nitrogen. Method of cryosurgical exposure includes installation of an applicator on biological tissue, its fixation and supply of cooling agent into it, wherein supply of coolant into applicator is carried out using cryosurgical apparatus provided with device for supplying coolant into applicator, consisting of two coaxial fixed and movable supply tubes, wherein movable supply tube is movable inside fixed tube, on end part of movable supply tube there are slots, and on its side surface – holes. Before installation of the applicator, the movable supply tube is extended from the fixed one at a distance greater than the depth of the applicator, and when the applicator is installed, the end of the movable supply tube is borne against the applicator bottom, and then, as the applicator is installed and fixed, the movable tube is inserted into the fixed tube, and after fixing the applicator, the coolant is supplied to the inner surface of the applicator through said cuts on the end portion of the movable supply tube and the said holes on its side surface.
EFFECT: using the invention enables reducing a risk of recurrence of diseases and pathological conditions associated with a cryosurgical operation.
