SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology and concerns a drug for treating oral diseases. What is presented is a medicinal agent in the form of a solution for preparing a spray for treating oral diseases, which contains a combination of two active components, excipients and a solvent. First active component is branched oligohexamethylene guanidine of formula

n₁, n₂ and n₃ are equal to 1–3, a z is equal to 0.15–1.10 with molecular weight distribution M_w/M_n from 5.4 to 9.3 with weight-average molecular weight M_w in the range from approximately 3,800 to 6,300 and number-average molecular weight M_n in the range from approximately 600 to 1100 in form of hydrochloride (OGMG-GC). Second active component is selected from benzalkonium chloride or benzoxonium chloride. Excipients include glycerol, menthol, sodium saccharinate, and the solvent is purified water or a mixture thereof with ethyl alcohol. Medicinal agent has the following composition (wt/vol. %): Osmag-GC 0.1–0.5; benzalkonium chloride 0.005–0.05 or benzoxonium chloride 0.01–0.02; glycerine 30–50; menthol 0.01–0.03; sodium saccharinate 0.03–0.06; solvent - up to 100.

EFFECT: proposed drug is effective against a wide range of pathogenic microorganisms and can be used in dental and ENT practice.
