FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to production of lightweight construction plates from portland cement material, having heat-insulating and fire-retardant characteristics, and can be used for protection against fire in conditions of fire operated in conditions of open atmosphere of bearing metal and reinforced concrete structures of buildings and facility. In compliance with first version, construction board is made of material containing, wt%: calcium hydroxide 8.00–12.00, kaolin 7.00–12.00, titanium dioxide 2.00–5.00, cellulose or silica fiber 7.00–12.00, hydrophobisator 2.00–6.00, expanded pearlite 5.00–9.00, portland cement – the rest. According to the second version of the invention, the construction plate is made from a material containing the following components, wt%: calcium hydroxide 6.00–9.00, kaolin 6.00–9.00, titanium dioxide 2.00–5.00, chopped kaolin wool 33.00–40.00, hydrophobisator 2.00–5.00, expanded pearlite 3.00–7.00, portland cement – the rest.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to perform protection against fire in conditions of fire operated in conditions of open atmosphere of bearing metal and reinforced concrete structures of buildings and facility by increasing fire resistance of these structures without considerable increase of load on them.
