FIELD: building materials, in particular fire-retardant materials.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains (mass %): alumosilicate fiber (e.g., granulated kaolin fiber with size particle of 20-40 mm containing calcium chloride) 74-80; mineral binder 14-20; calcium chloride 2-4; and water up to water-solid ratio of 1:3. Formulation of present invention is useful in fire-retardant internal and external coats for concrete, reinforced-concrete and metal construction of civil and military objects, air-ducts, transport tunnels, bridges etc.
EFFECT: formulation with improved fire-retardant efficiency due to prolonged period from inflammation to critical temperature on construction surface.
