FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of designing evaporating equipment, more specifically to the development of a laboratory evaporating bench with remote maintenance for analysis of evaporative operations in toxic, radiochemical, pharmaceutical and other industries requiring a non-contact process. Automated laboratory evaporation stand includes an evaporation apparatus equipped with an external heating chamber and a hydrostatic capillary density-measuring device for automated monitoring and control of the level of the bottom solution, steam generator and condenser, as well as weight batchers for automated continuous supply of all incoming flows from meters and measurement and fixation of feed rate, automated overflow of bottoms excess in combination with measurement and control of electric power of steam generator by temperature of condensed steam in heating chamber. It differs by the fact that evaporator is equipped with branch pipes for feeding reagent into its bottom part and reflux for replaceable bulkhead retained by perforated plate in its upper part, and its separator is equipped with heater. Bench is equipped with at least one absorber of gases leaving the evaporator and/or from the distillate collector, in each of which solutions of reagents from the meters are supplied. Bench additionally includes a weight proportioner for dosed extraction of a gaseous solution from the evaporator, scales and/or strain gauges for measuring and recording the number of all initial and final products of the operating bench by measuring solution weight in containers, system of electromagnetic valves for receiving and transmitting initial and still solutions, as well as absorbents, gas flow rate meter, precision stabilizer of steam generator power supply, devices for determining salt composition of initial solution and obtained products and flow conductometers on flows of initial solution and obtained products. Bench is connected to a software and hardware system for accounting and prediction of material balance by flows and movement of the target component in real time with possibility of outputting information to the operator's panel.
EFFECT: possibility of remote use and maintenance when placing an actuating part of a bench model behind a given biological protection, as well as enabling selection of modes.
