FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder materials for production of coatings by supersonic cold gas-dynamic sputtering. Powder material for gas-dynamic sputtering of defect heads of cylinder blocks is obtained by spark-erosion dispersion of aluminum wastes in distilled water at capacitance of discharge capacitors of 55 mcF, voltage of 100 V and pulse frequency of 140 Hz. Powder material has average particle size of 20–25 mcm.

EFFECT: reduced porosity of coatings and increased hardness and adhesion resistance of coatings.
