FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of sintered products from electrosparking tungsten-containing nanocomposite powders. Electrosparking dispersion of waste of steel R6M5 and VK8 hard alloy in lighting kerosene is carried out. Wastes of R6M5 high-speed steel are dispersed when the voltage on the electrodes 190–210 V, the capacity of the discharge capacitors 55 microfarads, the pulse repetition rate of 90–110 Hz, wastes of the VK8 hard alloy is dispersed at a voltage on the electrodes of 140–160 V, the capacitance of the discharge capacitors is 65 mcF, and the pulse repetition frequency is 160–180 Hz. Obtained waste powders of R6M5 steel and VK8 hard alloy are mixed in the proportion of 30 % R6M5 and 70 % VK8, pressed and then plasma-sintered at a temperature of 1200 °C and a pressure of 40 MPa for 10 minutes.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the sintering process, as well as reduced porosity, is achieved.
