FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to methods for producing sintered aluminium-based alloys. Can be used for the manufacture of wear-resistant parts for structural purposes. Aluminium-based sintered alloy is produced from “АД0Е” alloy powder. The powder is obtained by electroerosive dispersion of the “АД0Е” alloy in distilled water in an electroerosive dispersion installation with the following parameters: discharge capacitor capacity 60 mcF, voltage 180 V, pulse frequency 180 Hz. Then pressing and sintering are carried out by spark plasma fusion at a pressure of 30 MPa, temperature of 560°C and holding time of 3 minutes.
EFFECT: obtaining an alloy with low porosity.
