FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of a sintered product from a powder of a cobalt chromium alloy. Cobalt chromium alloy powder is obtained by electroerosive dispersion of KHMS alloy in butyl alcohol with a capacity of discharge capacitors of 48 microfarads, the voltage on the electrodes is 140 V and the pulse frequency is 80 Hz. Resulting powder is pressed and spark plasma sintering is carried out at a temperature of 1200 °C and a pressure of 40 MPa for 10 minutes to obtain a sintered product.
EFFECT: reduced porosity and increased hardness of sintered products.
