FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, more specifically to radiation detectors of X-ray exposure meters and dosimetry monitoring devices, which are used in both industrial and medical X-ray techniques. Ionization chamber comprises a hollow housing filled with gas, with an input X-ray window, inside which there are measuring electrodes, the plane of the working surface of which is parallel to the plane of the input eye, and the security electrode consists of three sections arranged in series one after another along the geometrical axis of the housing of the chamber, wherein in each section the electrodes are made in the form of a coaxially arranged central circle and an outer circumference, at that electrode materials are selected so that their potential barriers formed by double electric layer at interface of electrode and gas surface form their own electric field between said electrodes inside measuring chamber volume, and security electrode has shape of hollow cylinder, which is chamber of chamber.
EFFECT: wider range of technical means of measuring physical parameters of ionized radiation by enabling synchronous measurement of three types of doses (skin, lens dose and tissue-equivalent).
