METHOD, SYSTEM AND NON-TEMPORARY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM FOR DISTRIBUTING MULTIPLE LAYERS OF COMPOSITE IN STRUCTURAL VOLUME CONTAINING THE INCLUSION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G06F17/50 G06T17/00 G06T19/20

Abstract RU 2688261 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of generating a model having a plurality of composite layers. Computerized drawing (CAD) model is adopted, which is a composite part having a height representing several layers of composite material, wherein said CAD model comprises one or more inclusions in structural volume. Generating, for height of each layer of composite part, representation of form of formation on each layer of composite material in structural volume, having first surface. Determining, for the height of each layer of the composite part, whether the first surface lies or rests on the second surface. If, as a result of the determination step, the first surface lies on the second surface, the generated representation of the formation shape is preserved in the container of the bottom mold. If, as a result of the determination step, the first surface rests on the second surface, the generated representation of the formation shape is combined with one or more generated formation forms representing bottom shapes from the height of the previous layer. Resulting model and resultant projection on laminated structure surface of CAD model is generated as a result of multiple determination steps, having resulting set of presented composite layers, wherein said composite layers are not located inside one or several inclusions of presented composite part.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of model generation.
