FIELD: fat and oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fish and oil and fat industries. Method of obtaining fish oil, including the grinding of raw materials, the introduction of urea, heat treatment, centrifugation and separation. As a raw material, fatty-containing raw materials are used at a temperature of (-8)…(-10) °C and two-stage processing is carried out: in the first stage, with the introduction of 5 % of urea, dissolved in 2–3 % of water, taken to the mass of the crushed raw materials, mix and maintain the mixture at -18 °C for 24 hours; in the second stage, the mixture is heated to a temperature of 60 °C and maintained at this temperature for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality of fat and increase its yield.
