SUBSTANCE: disclosed is dispensing device (2) for dispensing at least one perforated web from stock (8) of sheet material, comprising: housing (4) for holding stock (8) of perforated sheet material, wherein web path extends along feed direction in housing inner part (4) from storage position (10) to dispenser (2) dispensing opening (12), and separating device (60) arranged along said web path to separate at least one perforated web along its perforations. Separating device (60) comprises first unit (61) and second unit (62), wherein second unit (62) is located further downstream relative to the said first unit (61) in the web path supply direction.
EFFECT: two units are made so as to be resilient for automatic adaptation to periodic changes of sheet material thickness.
