SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed facility comprises car body 102 and running gear 103. Said car body and running gear define facility lengthwise, crosswise and vertical directions of this facility. Inclined device 104 is arranged between said body and said running gear to transmit crosswise oscillation about facility parallel lengthwise axis at crosswise shift in facility transverse direction. Said inclined device 104 comprises transverse coupler 105.7 to reduce stiffness of said inclined device at pure transverse shift of body 102 relative to running gear 103.
EFFECT: higher reliability, friendly application.
