FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: railway car body transverse tilt (stability) torsion stabilizer, the device of which includes a hinge assembly in amount of 2 pieces, includes: a torsion shaft; lever; tie rod, tie rod and lever interconnection hinge; hinge for attachment of tie rod to car wheel bogie; hinged support of torsion shaft. Torsion shaft in hinged supports is installed on frame of car body, and tie rod hinges are fixed on wheel bogies of left and right sides of car. Hinge assembly includes the hinge proper, which is built into the closed cavity of the assembly, formed by the inner cylindrical wall of the hinged shaft support with mating parts, here, first of all, with a lever, cylindrical mounting surface of the shaft, external and rear end sealing elements, in the presence of plastic (consistent) lubricant, with the possibility of mounting and dismantling the shaft with levers along the friction surface of the bushings.
