FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of studies of territories and structures, in particular to recording characteristics of parameters of physical fields of objects and territories, and can be used in different fields of application, such as geophysical research, diagnostics of buildings and extended structures, for example pipelines, seismic survey, field anomaly detection system, for example considering stress-strain state of structure and features (potentially hazardous areas, defects of continuity of metal and other materials, leaks of the transported product, search for ore deposits and hidden objects). Device comprises a frame, a facility for placing on said frame of at least one device, recording parameter of physical field, placed in a protective waterproof housing, at least one buoyancy change means, protection means ensuring integrity of the device when in contact with the bottom and/or with other underwater objects, as well as facilities providing stiffness of the whole structure, at that, the device is made with possibility of towing, and the frame is equipped with hydraulic stabilizers, in the form of floating anchors-parachutes or water anchors, providing tension of tow ropes.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining characteristics of the physical field of an underwater object while simplifying hardware design.
