SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing nanocapsules of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in a konjac gum shell. Method is characterized by adding ciprofloxacin hydrochloride powder to a suspension of konjac gum in benzene and 0.01 g of E472c preparation, then adding diethyl ether, wherein the ratio of the amount of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and the amount of konjac gum is 1:1, 1:3, 1:5 or 5:1, the obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of producing nanocapsules, reducing losses when producing nanocapsules and can be used in pharmaceutical industry.
