SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to produce nano capsules of doxycycline. Method of producing nanocapsules of doxycycline involves adding doxycycline powder to a suspension of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in cyclohexane in presence of 0.01 g of E472c preparation as a surfactant while stirring at 700 rpm, then, chladone-112 is added dropwise, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried. Weight ratio of doxycycline to sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the obtained nanocapsules is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase the output by mass.
