FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to forensic medicine. Two longitudinal incisions converging to an apex of coccyx are initiated, starting them, retreating in both sides laterally 2 cm above the scrotum root in males and from lateral edges of labia majorae at the level of the border of the middle and upper third in females, continuing incisions backward with 1 cm spacing from anal opening. Skin, subcutis, superficial fascias are separated by blunt and acute way. It is followed by removal of ischiorectal adipose tissue and subcutis within 1 cm from the edges of the incisions. Manipulating the skin-subcutaneous-fascial graft in the obstetric perineum in the females and the urological perineum in males, using the sharp hooks, exposing the pelvic floor muscles and the anal sphincter muscle of the anal opening. Pelvic floor muscles and the external anal sphincter are excised and sampled for examination. Incisions are closed with a continuous furrier's suture, with invagination of the labia majora and small labia, the area of the obstetric perineum, the anal area in females and the distal scrotum, the area of the urological perineum and the anal area in males.

EFFECT: method enables more detailed study of the structure of pelvic floor muscles and sampling of their fragments for histological and pathoanatomical investigations, ensured the subsequent maximum sealing of the perineal region, improving the effectiveness of balmation.
