FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anatomy, forensic medicine, can be used for studying perineal muscles of an individual. Performing two cuboid-like incisions intersecting each other in middle of line between right and left lower branches of ischial bone; beginning in males laterally 2 cm above scrotum root, and in females from lateral edges of labia minora at the level of border of their middle and upper one-third; terminating at a lateral distance of 2 cm from the coccyx base. By means of capron sutures the wound edges are sutured with U-shaped sutures, stretched by fixing them to the section table. Skin, subcutaneous fat, superficial fascias are separated by blunt and acute way. It is followed by removal of ischiorectal adipose tissue and hypoderm within 1 cm from the edges of the incisions; by manipulating cutaneous-subcutaneous-fascial flaps in obstetric perineum in females and urological perineum in males. Forceps are used to uncover the tendon center of perineum and the muscles that strengthen it. Tissues are collected for histological examination; incisions are closed with continuous furrier sutures.

EFFECT: method enables to examine a tendinous center of perineum, as well as muscles that strengthen it, with minimal tissue dissection.
