SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to forensic medicine. For separating an organ complex of the perineal region of a human, a median incision of an anterior abdominal wall, an exposure of the pubic symphysis and pubic bones, and a lower and upper branches of pubic bones are performed. Median incision of the anterior abdominal wall is continued to the level of the lower edge of the pubic symphysis, and then in the form of an inverted V on the edges of the lower branches of pubic bones, branches of ischial bones to ischial tuberosity. Skin and subcutaneous fat are separated; the incision is continued to the coccygeal base. Skin and subcutaneous fat of the pubic region are separated. After exposure of pubic symphysis, upper and lower branches of pubic bones, they are sawn in vertical plane at level of lateral border of pubic hillocks. Mobilizing a bone-fibrous portion of pubic bones, a parietal peritoneum is incised along a terminal line of a pelvis through the upper branches of pubic bones, an arched line, a sacral base. Dissecting iliac vessels, ureters; by manipulating a bone-fibrous fragment of pubic bones with fixing ligaments and muscles, performing a perineal organ complex; skin-subcutaneous flap is mobilized by 1–1.5 cm. Defect is closed with a continuous glover's suture while reducing the lower limbs to each other.

EFFECT: method enables to separate an organ complex in the perineum of an individual with preservation of topographic-anatomical interrelations of perineal tissues and tissue sealing when closing after opening.
