FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing of drill cuttings, its recycling and decontamination during drilling of oil and gas wells, as well as to processing of wastes into construction materials. Device includes filter element for dewatering of pulp in form of textile bag with upper loading neck, equipped with rigging slings and arranged on collapsible frame-holder, which after filling and dehydration of slime in it is extracted for further use as a single building block. After dehydration in the pulp container with water content of 70–90 % for 10–48 hours, the precipitate moisture content is reduced to 35–50 %, after which shells of containers filled with dense slime are removed from the holder frame by rigging loops of the slings for compact (in several tiers) accumulation on the open platform and subsequent transportation to the place of use as building blocks, gabions, dams nuclei, piers, embankments and sites, as well as for other works.
EFFECT: increased rate and depth of filtration, and enabled modular safe disposal.
